We believe in the rhythm of the seasons, the honesty of soil-stained hands, and the quiet trust between grower and florist. Our stems are gathered with care, and we ask for the same in return when it comes to payment.

Like wildflowers in a meadow, our terms are simple and fair:

💐 Payment Terms

• Net 30: Invoices are due within 30 days of delivery unless otherwise agreed.
• Early Payment Discount: A 2% discount is available for payments made within 10 days.
• Late Payments: A late fee of 1.5% per month may be applied to overdue invoices.

• ACH bank transfer
• Check (payable to Woody Shoots Flower Farm)
• Credit card (3% processing fee applies)
• Cash (for local deliveries only)
• First-Time Orders
• First-time customers are required to pay Cash on Delivery (COD) or Prepayment.
• Standing Orders
• For weekly or seasonal standing orders, payment terms may be negotiated individually.
• Returns & Credits
• Due to the perishable nature of flowers, returns are only accepted for damaged or unsatisfactory products reported within 24 hours of delivery.
• Approved returns will be credited toward future purchases.
• Disputes
• Any invoice disputes must be raised within 7 days of receipt. We’re committed to resolving issues promptly and fairly.
