A few notes before you contact Woody Shoots

Woody Shoots is a small, appointment-only woodland atelier.
I work with a limited number of designers each season,
creating space for conversation, curation, and thoughtful
harvests shaped by the season.

Location. The atelier is based in the Arlington–Stanwood corridor in Washington State. All orders are currently pickup-only to maintain freshness and keep materials gently handled.

Timing. For weddings and larger events, 4–8 weeks’ notice gives the season room to respond.
For smaller projects, reach out as soon as dates are confirmed and you have a general sense of scope. When requesting materials for a specific design date, please include your preferred pickup window.

Seasonal honesty. Availability is shaped by the woodland — its rain, light, and rhythm. If a request can’t be met, I’ll say so plainly and suggest alternatives that keep the spirit of your design intact.

Good Things to include in your note

• Studio name and website or Instagram
• Design date(s) and location, plus your preferred pickup window
• Palette or mood words and what you need most (backbone, line, texture, berry, bloom)
• Any non-negotiables or must-avoid notes.

When you’ll hear back

I read every designer inquiry personally. Expect a reply within 2–3 business days. During peak seasons, replies may land closer to the outer edge of that window while I’m in the field—thank you for your patience as I move between screens and stems.
